دفتر التاجر تطبيق يعمل بالكامل على جهازك. لا نجمع بياناتك ولا نرسلها إلى خدماتنا، ولا يوجد لدينا أي حساب أو خادم يخزّن معلوماتك. هذه السياسة تشرح ما يبقى على جهازك وما يمكن أن يخرج منه بطلبك.

١. البيانات التي تبقى على جهازك

كل ما تسجّله في التطبيق — المبيعات، الفواتير، العملاء والموردون، الديون والدفعات، الأقساط، المخزون وصور المنتجات، اسم محلك ورقم هاتفك — يُخزَّن في قاعدة بيانات داخل ذاكرة التطبيق على جهازك فقط. لا يحتاج التطبيق إلى حساب أو تسجيل دخول، ولا يرسل هذه البيانات إلينا.

٢. لا تتبّع ولا إعلانات

لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع، ولا يجمع معرّفات إعلانية، ولا يتتبّع موقعك.

٣. جهات الاتصال (اختياري)

عند إضافة عميل أو مورّد يمكنك اختيار جهة اتصال من هاتفك. يطلب التطبيق إذن جهات الاتصال في تلك اللحظة فقط، ويقرأ الاسم ورقم الهاتف للجهة التي اخترتها، ويحفظهما في قاعدة البيانات على جهازك. لا تُرسَل جهات اتصالك إلى أي مكان، ويمكنك رفض الإذن واستخدام التطبيق بالكتابة اليدوية.

٤. الكاميرا والصور (اختياري)

يطلب التطبيق إذن الكاميرا أو الصور فقط عندما تضيف صورة لمنتج. تُحفَظ الصورة على جهازك ضمن ملفات التطبيق.

٥. التذكيرات

تذكيرات الأقساط إشعارات محلية تُجدوَل على جهازك. لا تمرّ عبر أي خادم ولا تحتوي على بيانات تُرسَل خارج الجهاز.

٦. النسخ الاحتياطي إلى Google Drive (اختياري، بطلبك)

إن اخترت تشغيل النسخ الاحتياطي إلى Google Drive، تُسجّل الدخول بحساب Google الخاص بك ويُرفَع ملف نسختك الاحتياطية إلى حسابك أنت على Drive:

• يستخدم التطبيق نطاق الصلاحية drive.file، أي أنه لا يرى إلا الملفات التي أنشأها بنفسه — لا يمكنه الوصول إلى بقية ملفات Drive.
• الملف يذهب إلى مساحة Drive الخاصة بك ولا يمكن لسهلفاي الوصول إليه أو قراءته أو حذفه.
• يُقرأ بريدك الإلكتروني من Google ويُحفَظ على جهازك لعرض الحساب الذي سجّلت به فقط، ولا يُرسَل إلينا.
• الرفع يجري عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُطبَّق سياسة خصوصية Google على البيانات بعد وصولها إلى Drive.
• يمكنك تسجيل الخروج أو إيقاف النسخ الاحتياطي في أي وقت، أو إلغاء صلاحية التطبيق من إعدادات حساب Google.

كما يمكنك حفظ نسخة احتياطية كملف في مجلد تختاره على جهازك أو مشاركتها بنفسك (مثلاً عبر واتساب). ما يحدث للملف بعد أن تشاركه يعود لك.

٧. مشاركة الفواتير وكشوف الحساب

عندما تشارك فاتورة PDF أو كشف حساب، يُنشئ التطبيق الملف على جهازك ويمرّره إلى التطبيق الذي تختاره أنت (واتساب أو غيره). لا يرسل التطبيق شيئاً من تلقاء نفسه.

٨. حذف بياناتك

بياناتك على جهازك، لذا حذف التطبيق يحذفها. لحذف النسخ الاحتياطية: امسح ملفات النسخ من Google Drive الخاص بك أو من المجلد الذي اخترته. لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة عندنا لأننا لا نستلم بياناتك أصلاً.

٩. الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب المحلات وغير مصمّم للأطفال، ولا يجمع بيانات عن قصد من أي أحد.

إن تغيّرت هذه السياسة سيُحدَّث هذا الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث أعلاه.

Privacy Policy — Merchant's Ledger

Merchant's Ledger runs entirely on your device. We do not collect your data, we do not send it to any service of ours, and there is no account or server on our side that stores your information. This policy explains what stays on your device and what can leave it, only at your request.

1. Data that stays on your device

Everything you record — sales, invoices, customers and suppliers, debts and payments, installments, inventory and product photos, your shop name and phone number — is stored in a database inside the app's own storage on your device. No account or sign-in is required, and none of it is sent to us.

2. No tracking, no ads

The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, collects no advertising identifiers, and does not track your location.

3. Contacts (optional)

When adding a customer or supplier you may pick a contact from your phone. The app requests the contacts permission only at that moment, reads the name and phone number of the contact you picked, and saves them in the on-device database. Your contacts are never uploaded anywhere, and you can decline the permission and type details in manually instead.

4. Camera and photos (optional)

The camera or photo permission is requested only when you add a product photo. The image is stored on your device within the app's files.

5. Reminders

Installment reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They do not pass through any server and send no data off the device.

6. Google Drive backup (optional, at your request)

If you enable Google Drive backup, you sign in with your own Google account and your backup file is uploaded to your own Drive:

• The app uses the drive.file scope, so it can only see files it created itself — it cannot access the rest of your Drive.
• The file goes to your Drive storage. Sahlify cannot access, read, or delete it.
• Your email address is read from Google and stored on your device only to show which account is signed in; it is not sent to us.
• Uploads use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Once the data is in Drive, Google's privacy policy applies to it.
• You can sign out or turn off backup at any time, or revoke the app's access from your Google account settings.

You can also save a backup as a file to a folder you choose on the device, or share it yourself (for example over WhatsApp). What happens to a file after you share it is up to you.

7. Sharing invoices and statements

When you share a PDF invoice or an account statement, the app generates the file on your device and hands it to the app you choose (WhatsApp or another). Nothing is sent automatically.

8. Deleting your data

Your data lives on your device, so uninstalling the app deletes it. To remove backups, delete the backup files from your Google Drive or from the folder you selected. We hold no copy, because we never receive your data in the first place.

9. Children

The app is intended for shop owners, is not designed for children, and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with the date above.
